As soon as the 2019 fall semester ended, demolition began in the Lawrence Hall Auditorium better known as L231. Seating was replaced, new carpet was installed, and doors and walls received a fresh coat of paint. Additional improvements included wooden handrails along the stairs, new acoustic paneling, accessible seating, and a row of spot lights at the front of the auditorium. A custom-built, mobile teaching station has been installed with sunken display monitors and an adjustable-height podium among other innovative features. Three projectors are now available for dual or single screen presentation options. Stop by today to see the completed renovation!
